Fresh home, fresh home! The place where it bring back many great memories for myself. Hong Kong known Asia’s financial city and capital city of food. Hong Kong offers a variety of different foods that will cover different cuisines around the world. Kam Wah Cafe & Bakery I start off with a visit to a local Cha Chaan Teng aka straight-forward dining which was introduced in the 50s-60s for cheap and western like meals to working class people. The wonderful pineapple bun with a slice of butter called as Bo Lo Yau was my choice from their menu. It was an irresistible treat for the taste buds, especially in the late morning. It was a subtle contrast between the very light sweet of the bun to the salt of the cold butter. This I think will leave a long lasting impression on people new to Chinese bakery. It's hardly the healthiest option, but who cares about calories when you're indulging in such a delicious creation? I also try their Hong Kong style milk tea (nai-cha). This is
